What We Do For Enabling Safety and Safe Spaces?

•  Through our flagship Durga Safety Workshops, our team of facilitators equip women and girls across all segments of society to be aware, and prepared to tackle harassment.
• Setting up VOICE Labs – safe spaces – in colleges to equip students as socially-responsible gender-sensitive individuals.
• Facilitating 21-day concrete engagements with women, men, children and communities on gender and gender issues so that we can collectively bring about a change in behavior.
• Anchoring an Active Bystander (in public spaces) Engagement program called DARE – Durgas Are Real heroes Everywhere.
• Initiating Cyber Warriors through our Voice Out program who audit cyber space for inappropriate posts, trolls, and more for a safer and inclusive online space.

NGAGE is largely a self-funded initiative by Durga. As the Forum is meant for the benefit of youngsters across India, we have kept the registration fee as a token sum of `199/- with early bird pricing of `49/-. We are also partnering with Institutions to help students join the Forum at no/minimal cost.

All of Durga’s community programs operate with support and donation from Individuals/Organizations who align with our belief of safety and safe spaces for everyone.

To take our initiatives to our nation’s nooks and corners, and turn societal multi-variable challenges into meaningful change, we would need your support.
